Blood Pressure Management in Diabetic Patients: An Evidence-Based Approach
As a proud sponsor of the Greater Detroit Area Health Council Save Lives Save Dollars initiative, Oakland Southfield Physicians is honored to have been selected to participate in a diabetes blood pressure management study program.  The goal of the study is to measure the impact of a guideline-based hypertension / diabetes quality of care algorithm on blood pressure control.
