web-DENIS - web-DENIS is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's information system for providers, and currently provides information on BCBSM Traditional, PPO, NASCO, BCN, Blue Choice, FEP and Medicaid contracts. Health e-Blue (BCN HMO and BCBSM Medicare Advantage PPO) - This is a web-based clinical support tool that helps physicians track and report on the health of members. If you are interested, you must complete both forms listed below. Please fax completed forms to OSP at 248.357.2049.
